Physical Therapy

Services are available for assigned active duty personnel with a referral from their primary care manager. Your primary care manager must refer you for physical therapy care in order to schedule an appointment. Our reserves the right to see active duty service members without a referral on a case-by-case basis. All other beneficiaries will be referred to a local network provider for physical therapy services. All initial appointments are scheduled by the Referral Management Center. All follow up appointments are scheduled by physical therapy staff. The Physical Therapy clinic does not treat neurology, cardiology, women’s health or complex vestibular cases. Physical training uniform or equivalent and appropriate athletic clothing is required for all appointments.
